Is this observance expected of all, most, or is it just reccomended or optional??

		<description><![CDATA[You know, it is true, the whole country is in a kind of mourning. I went to MK for lunch today, and usually they have the staff do this dance thing when they change shifts. Not today, and not for this 2 or 3 weeks. It's like nobody's allowed to have fun, or make any display of something that might be amusing. Makes me wonder if I'm violating anything, because I'm having just as much fun as usual, if not more...]]></description>
